This position administers workers compensation and safety programs including: interpretation of regulations, policy development and interpretation and workers compensation claims processing. Additionally, the position administers employee safety and HR-related training programs.
This position reviews, edits and provides recommendations on departmental budget.
Provides project resource allocation based on pre-approved resources on organizational development projects, human resources projects, process improvement projects and employee training and development projects.
