Most fulfillment jobs are boring. This one moves treasure.
Every day, thousands of Pokémon cards pass through our facility — childhood grails, tournament staples, cards worth more than a paycheck. Somewhere out there, a collector is refreshing their tracking number waiting for one of them. Your hands are the last ones to touch that card before theirs.
We are the fastest-growing trading card operation in the country, and we're built on a simple, unforgiving idea: the condition of the card and the quality of the package IS the product. A bent corner, a scratched sleeve, a sloppy box — and we've broken a promise to a customer. We don't break promises.
That's why we don't hire people who want a job. We hire people who take pride in doing simple things perfectly, thousands of times in a row.
What you'll actually do
- Inspect incoming cards and condition-check them against our standards (we'll train you — no card knowledge required)
- Re-sleeve cards into fresh protective sleeves and top loaders with speed and precision
- Scan, package, and prep orders so they arrive looking better than the customer imagined
- Spot problems before they ship — you are the last line of defense
- Help us make the line faster and cleaner. If you see a better way, we want to hear it. The best ideas here come from the floor, not the office.
Who thrives here
- People who notice things. The crooked picture frame bothers you. You'd catch the one damaged card in a stack of 500.
- People with hand speed and rhythm — you like getting into a flow state and beating yesterday's numbers
- People who show up. Every day. On time. Full stop.
- People who want to be measured, because they know they'll win. We track output and accuracy, and our best people love that — it's how they get raises and promotions instead of waiting for a calendar to say so.
- Bonus (not required): you know what a Charizard is and it makes you smile
Who won't
- Anyone who thinks "good enough" is good enough
- Anyone who needs someone standing over them to do it right
- Anyone who treats the 4,000th card differently than the 1st
If that paragraph stung a little, this isn't your job. If it fired you up, keep reading.
What you get
- $18/hour to start, with performance-based raises — some get up to $22/hour in <2 weeks.
- A real path up: our leads and managers started exactly where you're starting, one has $250k in stock, and makes $8k month, and started in this position 9 months ago.
- Clean, organized, climate-controlled facility (your workspace won't be a dusty warehouse)
- A team that actually cares about the work — and celebrates the people who do it best
No experience required. High standards required.
We will teach you everything: how to grade condition, how to sleeve, how to pack. What we can't teach is caring. Bring that, and we'll take care of the rest.
