Summary: We are looking for an experienced mortgage loan officer to work with clients to find the best mortgage solution for them. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a referral base and interested in building the Red River Bank Mortgage department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary contact with all parties on individual loans originated from application to closing

Obtain all necessary documentation and information to complete an application/loan in compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA, and FHA and mortgage lending regulations inclusive of RESPA, TRID, HMDA, ECOA, FDPA, and CRA

Market to outside sources to gain referrals – groups to include but not limited to realtors, builders, developers, and individuals

Represent the Bank in the community by active participation in civic and community groups

Comply with all applicable banking regulations and all Red River Bank policies and procedures
Education and/or Experience:

3+ years of experience as a loan officer, specifically in the secondary market

Experience with all loan programs: conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA

Established referral base of outside sources
