Summary of Job: Pick up enrolled children from school and drop off at center. Maintain transportation records. Take enrolled children on field trips.
Experience: One year driving experience transporting others.
Qualifications: Valid North Carolina Driver's License. Ability to pass the sight test given by NC Dept of Motor Vehicles with or without visual assistance. Ability to work well with children, staff and families. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Work Schedule: 10 to 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities
· Pick up enrolled children from school.
· Take enrolled children to school.
Clean and sanitize the vehicle after each use.
· Transport enrolled children, staff and parents to and from approved field trips.
· Maintain transportation paperwork.
· Maintain proper cleaning and repair of transportation vehicle.
- Maintain a Cell Phone
- Keep emergency information on all children being transported in the vehicle.
- Keep permission forms from parents to transport children in the vehicle.
- Maintain a First Aid Kit in the vehicle.
- Maintain Booster Seats in the vehicle for those children who need them.
- Maintain attendance sheets for children being transported.
- Maintain school information in the vehicle for each school we service.
- Comply with all Div. of Child Development rules and policies.'
