Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or working toward completion of CFY
- School-based SLP experience and/or familiarity with pediatric caseloads
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to inclusive practices and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEPs, progress monitoring, and Medicaid billing
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and parent conferences as required
- Provide both direct and consultative services to support student achievement
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and collaborative school initiatives
