What You'll Do
- Perform water extraction, containment, and structural drying using industry-standard equipment
- Execute mold remediation and fire damage cleanup following IICRC and safety protocols
- Conduct damage assessments and determine appropriate restoration methods
- Operate hand and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and restoration tasks
- Document jobs thoroughly — photos, drying logs, notes — for insurance and internal records
- Communicate directly with homeowners on-site, keeping them informed throughout the process
- Support and eventually lead fellow technicians as your role grows
- Provide daily field updates to the Operations Manager
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in restoration, construction, or a related trade (preferred, not required for the right person)
- Hands-on experience with water mitigation, drying systems, or demo work
- Strong communicator — with homeowners, teammates, and leadership
- Valid driver's license required
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) are a plus — we'll help you get there if you don't have them
