The Community Employment & Living Services Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations, supervision, and coordination of services provided at assigned Community Employment & Living Services gathering sites and community-based programs. The Site Supervisor oversees assigned staff who provide community living supports, skill building, supported employment, and community integration activities for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders.
The Site Supervisor provides direct supervision, coaching, orientation, and training to assigned staff; monitors documentation and service delivery; coordinates site-based activities and resources; assists with staffing coverage; and supports the ongoing development and success of team members. The Site Supervisor works collaboratively with care teams, community partners, employers, families, guardians, and natural supports to ensure quality outcomes for individuals served.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with Medicaid guidelines, Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) requirements, CARF standards, MDHHS regulations, agency policies and procedures, and evidence-based practices. The Site Supervisor promotes a safe, person-centered environment that supports recovery, independence, employment, community integration, and meaningful participation in daily activities.
