As a member of the Sharkey’s CUT CREW, you are more than a stylist — you are a key part of creating a fun, stress-free haircut experience for kids and families. CUT CREW stylists deliver high-quality haircuts while keeping kids engaged, smiling, and comfortable from start to finish.
✂️ Core Responsibilities (CUT CREW Role)
- Perform professional haircuts for children (newborn through teens)
- Create a positive, upbeat experience for kids and parents
- Follow Sharkey’s haircut standards and service flow
- Communicate clearly with parents about haircut preferences
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
- Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, safe workstation
- Support fellow CUT CREW members as a team player
What Success Looks Like
- Kids leave happy and confident
- Parents feel informed and cared for
- Haircuts are consistent, clean, and on-brand
- The salon stays on pace during peak times
- Teamwork and professionalism are always present
Compensation & Perks
- Up to $30/hour total compensation (hourly salary + tips)

Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma Cosmetology or Barber License (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Kids’ haircut experience is a plus — training provided
