Position Overview
This is a producer-focused Personal Lines sales role designed for an experienced agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping clients protect what matters most.
In this role, you'll work agency-generated inbound opportunities, referrals, and existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and round out accounts. You'll have the support, carrier access, and internal resources needed to maximize your production and earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Quote, present, and bind Personal Lines insurance policies, including Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, and other personal insurance products
- Convert agency-generated inbound leads, referrals, and existing client opportunities into new business
- Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities across existing client relationships
- Build trusted relationships through a professional, consultative sales approach
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective clients
- Collaborate with our service and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every new client
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Uphold ESTIR's standards of honesty, integrity, ethics, and professionalism

Successful producers in this role will:
- Consistently convert inbound opportunities into new business
- Grow their personal production month after month
- Develop lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional policies and strengthen household accounts
- Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver an outstanding client experience

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience
- Active NJ Property & Casualty License (PA license also accepted)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment
