Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School, a K-12 co-educational Jewish day school in Baltimore, Maryland, seeks applicants for Boys and Girls High School Cross Country Coaches for the Fall 2026 season from mid-August through the beginning of November. Coaches will be responsible for running practices, coaching meets, and serving as role models consistent with school values. Coaches will also be responsible for supervision of student athletes, including during bus transportation to and from meets. This position is 4 days a week during after school hours.
Qualifications:
- Cross Country running or coaching experience
- Experience working with high school students
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Passion for coaching and teaching life skills through sports
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm
- Organized, punctual, and professional
