SALES COORDINATOR
Americas Home Place, a national custom home builder specializing in scattered lot homes, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing within the residential construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet and welcome customers to the Building Center
- Introduce clients to the homebuilding process and ensure a positive first impression
- Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
Sales Support & Lead Management
- Follow up with prospective customers via phone and email
- Maintain and manage lead database using Oracle-based systems
- Support Sales Managers through the sales process, from initial contact to contract and selections
Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain sales contracts and customer files
- Assist in collecting required documentation to facilitate timely closings
- Maintain territory maps and internal tracking systems
Marketing & Events
- Coordinate sales events, promotions, and open houses
- Assist with advertising planning
- Ensure the Building Center is updated with current product offerings, selections, and displays
Office Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience with computer systems required (Google Workspace and/or Oracle systems preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Occasional Saturdays required
