About the role
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer to help us scale the future of post-purchase. You’ll work directly with our Head of Engineering and experienced product leaders to build secure, scalable systems that power instant refunds.
The Opportunity
Own, architect, and build major components of our platform from the ground up
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to ship high-impact features
Lead and mentor engineers to uphold a strong technical culture
Optimize for security, scale, and performance as we grow rapidly
Influence decisions around new tools, technologies, and infrastructure
