Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Receiving Team Member and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of incoming shipments and inventory. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing goods while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service. Responsibilities
- Receive inbound shipments by unloading trucks
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders using warehouse management systems (WMS), RFID scanners, and data entry tools to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies; document issues and communicate with team lead.
- Organize and stock received items efficiently in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate records of all receiving activities, including inbound/outbound logs, incident reports, and inventory updates.
- Support shipping & receiving processes by loading/unloading trucks, managing stock levels, and assisting with order fulfillment to meet customer demands.
Experience
- Prior experience working in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS),and inventory management software
- Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
- Strong data entry skills combined with attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
