We’re a small, easygoing team that creates unique, laser-engraved products—mostly custom wooden tokens and other wood promotional goods. Our workspace is laid-back but focused, and we take pride in putting out high-quality work.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help us with production and day-to-day operations as soon as possible. Responsibilities include:
- Running laser machines (we’ll fully train you)
- Inspecting products to make sure they meet quality standards
- Light assembly work like gluing and staining
- Packaging and preparing orders for shipment
- Replying to customer emails & organizing orders
- Helping with general shop tasks and production support
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliability is the #1 most important thing
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Details:
- Pay starts at $20/hr
- Flexible hours — looking for help 2-5 days a week from 9a-5p (at least to start, we're open to different hours and we’re happy to work with your schedule)
- Bonuses available based on performance
- Opportunities for advancement — we’re looking for someone who can grow into an Operations Manager role over time
