HR Generalist
We're seeking a highly motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for employee relations, problem-solving, and driving results. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong emotional intelligence with exceptional execution skills and the ability to influence others. This position can be HYBRID to our Dallas, Charlotte or Akron office locations.
What You'll Do:
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on workplace issues, performance concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee investigations and resolve complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Coach leaders through performance management, corrective action, and difficult employee conversations.
- Help foster a positive, accountable, and engaging workplace culture.
Project Management
- Support HR initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive projects and process improvements.
- Ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable results.
Policies & Compliance
- Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices across the organization.
- Provide guidance to leaders on policy interpretation and employee-related decisions.
- Stay current on employment law and HR best practices to ensure organizational compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Experience leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
