Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners throughout the DFW area.
- Conduct property inspections and identify potential storm-related damage.
- Educate homeowners about roofing services and the insurance-claim process.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field sales.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their projects.
- Build lasting customer relationships and request referrals.
- Coordinate with project managers and administrative staff.
- Accurately document customer and project information.
- Represent DAR Roofing with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivation, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and receive coaching
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Roofing or sales experience is preferred but not required

Compensation
This is a performance-based sales opportunity with an estimated annual earning potential of $150,000–$200,000+. Compensation includes paid training, a commission-draw structure, and uncapped commissions.
Actual earnings will depend on individual performance, sales volume, and completed projects.
