In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing telephone assistance, resolving customer needs on the first interaction whenever possible, and ensuring a professional, empathetic, and efficient service experience.

Answer inbound calls from members and provide clear information about their health plans.

Guide and educate members regarding coverage, benefits, and promotions (non-clinical topics).

Accurately document customer inquiries, interactions, and actions taken while ensuring compliance.

Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to supervisors or the appropriate departments.

Participate in outbound interview campaigns, Contact Center projects, and training programs.

Maintain confidentiality of member information and comply with HIPAA regulations and internal company policies.

Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience.

High School Diploma required (college coursework preferred).

Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office.

Excellent verbal, written, and reading communication skills.

Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Strong customer service orientation, empathy, and a proactive attitude.

Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays. Shift differential pay is provided when applicable.
