What You'll Do
As our Occupational Therapist Evaluator & Clinical Supervisor, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized plans of care and establish functional treatment goals.
- Complete re-evaluations and update plans of care as required.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
- Review documentation and ensure quality of care and compliance with state and payer regulations.
- Collaborate with therapists, families, physicians, schools, and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations.
- Consult with treating therapists regarding challenging clinical cases.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate.
- Complete timely documentation for evaluations, progress reports, and required supervisory visits.
- Support clinical excellence while maintaining a collaborative, positive team environment.
This position focuses primarily on evaluations, oversight, and clinical supervision rather than maintaining a full direct-treatment caseload.

Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license in Idaho or eligibility for Idaho licensure
- Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills
- Experience supervising COTAs is preferred (or willingness to supervise)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Feeding experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience and employment status.
