Live-In House Manager
Exceptional Live-In Opportunity in Paradise Valley
Independent, active 84-year-old business owner is seeking a trustworthy, dependable live-in House Manager.
This is NOT a caregiving position. I live independently, work regularly, and simply want a responsible person who will help oversee my home and provide occasional assistance when needed.

Covered parking inside the property
Public bus stop conveniently located just outside the entrance
High-speed Wi-Fi
Premium television channels
Full use of the kitchen, laundry, and common living areas
Safe, quiet environment with 24-hour exterior video security
Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and other conveniences are only a short drive away
Responsibilities
Feed two small dogs whenever I’m traveling
Keep an eye on the home during my occasional trips
Provide light household assistance as needed
Help with technology from time to time
Occasionally provide transportation when needed
Cooking skills are a welcome bonus
The ideal applicant
Honest, dependable, and respectful
Neat and organized
Comfortable living in a quiet, well-maintained home
Able to pass a background check and provide excellent references
Tech-savvy is a significant advantage
Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, as occasional driving assistance may be requested
Someone who works remotely or operates an online business would be an excellent fit, but this is not required
Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and the level of assistance provided. This may include free housing, additional compensation, or a combination of both.

Pay: $24.13 - $29.06 per hour
