What You'll Do
- Help clients buy, sell, and lease real estate
- Conduct showings and open houses
- Prepare comparative market analyses
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Market listings through digital and traditional channels
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Stay current on local market trends and regulations
What We're Looking For
- Active Minnesota or Wisconsin real estate license preferred, but not required
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work within the local market
Compensation
Commission Only
- Unlimited earning potential
- No income cap
- Earnings are based on production and business growth
- Training and mentorship designed to help agents build a successful real estate career
Location & Schedule
- Hybrid remote
- Serving clients throughout the La Crosse, WI region, Rochester, MN, Eau Clair WI, and Waconia, MN area
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
