Tasca Ford, Dickson City is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quick Lane Maintenance Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about automotive maintenance and customer satisfaction. As a Quick Lane Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, ensuring customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and fluid checks.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary service and repairs.
- Check and maintain proper tire pressure, inspect tread depth, and rotate tires as needed.
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs as required.
- Ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and any recommended repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a positive service experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Automotive maintenance experience preferred but not required – we provide training!
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
