At Anchored Hope Therapy, we believe healing happens through connection. The same is true for our team. We have created a collaborative, trauma-informed practice where clinicians are encouraged to grow professionally while maintaining balance in their personal lives. We genuinely enjoy supporting one another, celebrating successes, and creating a workplace where people want to stay.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a compassionate trauma therapist who is excited to provide in-person therapy in Annapolis while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid schedule. Our greatest need is for someone who values face-to-face connection and wants to become an active part of our office community.
Whether your passion is helping children, supporting teens through life's challenges, or walking alongside adults in their healing journey, you'll find a collaborative team that values thoughtful, relationship-centered care.
Why Therapists Love Working Here
Our goal is simple. We want our clinicians to spend their time doing what they love while we take care of much of the rest.
When you join Anchored Hope Therapy, you'll enjoy:
- A warm, supportive, and collaborative team that values authenticity over competition.
- Beautiful, fully furnished office space in Annapolis designed to create a calming experience for both clinicians and clients.
- A collaborative wellness community where you'll work alongside other therapists, bodyworkers, and acupuncture providers, creating natural opportunities for connection and cross-referrals.
- Administrative support for scheduling, billing, insurance credentialing, and client intake.
- A steady stream of referrals to help you build and maintain a healthy caseload.
- Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your calendar.
- Consultation, mentorship, and encouragement to continue growing your clinical skills.
- A culture that values clinician wellness, professional development, and excellent client care.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a therapist who enjoys working with children, teens, and adults and feels energized by providing trauma-informed care.
Our ideal clinician is:
- Passionate about helping clients heal from trauma.
- Excited to provide in-person therapy while maintaining flexibility for hybrid work.
- Trained in, or actively pursuing training in, evidence-based trauma treatment.
- Warm, engaging, collaborative, and relationship-focused.
- Looking for a long-term professional home where they can continue to grow.
Caseload Expectations
We believe quality care starts with a sustainable schedule.
Our minimum expectation is 15 client sessions per week, with a preferred ongoing caseload of 18 to 23 client sessions weekly. We have found this allows clinicians to maintain a thriving practice while preserving the energy needed to provide exceptional care.
