Lead ABA Services in a Dynamic School-Based Setting
Are you a passionate and skilled ABA provider looking for more autonomy and a meaningful opportunity?
Crane Rehab Center is hiring a Board-Certified or experienced ABA provider to deliver high-quality services on-site at a partner school in New Orleans. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team while also taking ownership of your own clinical caseload, team supervision, and behavior plan implementation.
If you’re confident in your ABA expertise, love working with children, and thrive in a mix of team collaboration and independent clinical leadership, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct and consultative ABA services for students with Autism and related diagnoses in a school setting.
- Oversee, train, and support a team of on-site behavior technicians.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven adjustments.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, speech therapists, OTs, PTs, and school staff to ensure integrated care.
- Act as the primary ABA representative at the school under the guidance of our ABA Coordinator, maintaining open communication with school leadership, ABA Coordinator, and Crane Rehab’s clinical team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified/Licensed ABA Provider (BCBA with Louisiana credentials).
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical ABA experience, preferably with school-aged children.
- Strong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills.
- A self-starter who is comfortable managing a school-based caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work fluidly with multiple disciplines.
- A passion for working with children with autism in dynamic, real-world environments.
Why Join Crane Rehab Center?
