Now we're looking for a Storm Restoration Sales Consultant to join our team and bring that same honesty to homeowners navigating storm damage and insurance claims.
What You'll Do
- Respond to homeowners with speed, empathy, and expertise
- Conduct thorough roof and exterior inspections to document damage
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Present clear, transparent pricing and options — no gimmicks, no pressure
- Build a pipeline through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and repeat trust in storm-affected areas
- Represent a 50+ year-old brand that homeowners already recognize and trust
What We're Looking For
No roofing or insurance experience required — we'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters more:
- A natural communicator who can turn a stressful situation into a confident decision
- Experience in retail, restaurants, customer service, or any people-facing role where you learned to build trust fast — that background translates better than you'd think
- Someone who believes education beats persuasion, and that the best salesperson in the room is often the one who talks the least
- Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to learn a new industry
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout our DC Metro service area

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- This position requires accessing roofs for inspections, we provide training and safety equipment
