As a certified helical pier manufacturer, fabricator, and installer, we handle both fabrication and installation in-house — giving us greater control over quality, scheduling, and field performance. Our work includes foundation underpinning, new construction on unstable soils, retaining structures, sea walls, grade beam support systems, and other specialty structural applications. We specialize in solving difficult structural and foundation challenges through proven deep foundation systems and hands-on construction experience.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with a valid CDL or CDL-A license to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Your expertise in operating equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, and dump trucks will be essential to successfully completing projects on time and to high standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure developments while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Valid CDL or CDL-A license
- Proven experience operating an excavator and skid steer
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
Pay & Benefits
- $25.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Paid time off after 1 year
