SUMMARY
Qualified individuals will have experience with Defined Benefit and/or Defined Contribution Pension Plans. Familiarity with Taft-Hartley Multi-Employer Pension Plans a plus.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including but not limited to:
- Direct contact with Plan Participants
- Understanding and interpreting Plan documents and SPDs
- Calculating and processing DB & DC benefits including QDRO’s
Requirements:
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with ERISA, REA of 1984 and PPA of 2006
- Be highly proficient in Excel and Word
- Have good writing, communication and math skills.
- Have analytical skills – specifically at a technical level of understanding related to pension regulations
- Have ability to convey complicated pension and compliance provisions to IT staff for programming of said provisions is a plus
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish is preferred, but not required
