At Bay Property Management Group, we're looking for professionals who want to specialize in residential leasing. Instead of spending your time prospecting for clients or balancing rental leads with home sales, you'll focus exclusively on leasing professionally managed rental homes.
You'll typically manage 8–10 active rental listings at a time, with every signed lease earning $900 in commission.

Responsibilities
- Respond to renter inquiries by phone, email, and text
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Guide applicants from inquiry through lease signing
- Coordinate lease paperwork and move-in inspections
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the leasing process
Qualifications
Required
- Active Virginia Real Estate License
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Smartphone
- Ability to travel throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC
- Active NVAR, SentriLock, and MLS memberships (agent-paid)
- Evening and weekend availability as needed
Preferred
- Previous leasing or real estate experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
