The Pink Tulip Clothing has been a Birmingham staple for four decades. As we celebrate our 40th Anniversary, we aren't just looking back—we’re looking forward. We are searching for dynamic, sales-driven women to join us as Retail Stylists and help us redefine the boutique experience for 2026!

The Mission (Your Role):
- Game-Changing Sales: Use your eye for fashion to curate head-to-toe looks, driving sales through genuine expert styling.
- Elevated Experience: Deliver a "white-glove" shopping experience where every customer feels seen, heard, and confident.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Pink Tulip aesthetic and values both on the floor and within the community.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute your ideas to help us innovate our shopping experience for a new era of retail.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-Oriented Mindset: You love the "win" of a great sale and the challenge of building a wardrobe for our customers.
- Professional & Dependable: You take pride in your work and show up ready to lead by example.
- Availability: 20–30 hours per week.
- Weekend Commitment: Must be available for at least 2 Saturdays per month (3 in a 5-week month).
