Lead Bridal Stylist
Bridely Boutique is an elevated, fashion-forward bridal boutique in Wichita known for exceptional service, curated designers, and a warm, confident styling experience.
Experience First is our philosophy, and our Lead Bridal Stylist helps make sure that philosophy is felt in every appointment, every interaction, and every detail of the boutique.
We are looking for an experienced, confident Lead Bridal Stylist who can create an incredible experience for our brides while also helping lead the boutique during busy appointment days and when the owner is away.
What You’ll Do
- Lead bridal appointments independently from start to finish
- Create a welcoming, comfortable and elevated experience for every bride and her guests
- Guide brides through fit, fabric, silhouette and style with confidence
- Build relationships, overcome objections and confidently close sales
- Help lead and support the styling team during busy appointment days
- Maintain Bridely’s service standards, boutique presentation and overall client experience
- Take ownership and confidently handle day-to-day decisions when the owner is away
- Assist with opening, closing and daily boutique operations
- Participate in bridal expos, fashion shows, open houses and special events
- Help create a positive, professional and supportive team environment
Social Media Support
- Assist with occasional in-store content including photos, short videos and behind-the-scenes moments
- Be comfortable appearing in social content when appropriate
- Support Bridely’s social presence in a natural, authentic way
Schedule & Availability
- Primary schedule Thursday–Saturday with a strong focus on weekends
- Saturday availability is required
- Flexibility to work Wednesdays and occasional Sundays as needed
- Availability for bridal expos, fashion shows and special events is required
- No major holidays
- Hours may fluctuate seasonally based on appointment volumeExperience & Skills
- Occasional travel for bridal markets, expos, fashion shows and other Bridely events may be required
- 2+ years of bridal, fashion retail, luxury retail, hospitality or other high-touch sales experience preferred
- Previous leadership, keyholder, supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to sell while maintaining an exceptional client experience
- Confident running appointments independently
- Comfortable leading and supporting other team members
- Able to make decisions and take ownership when the owner is not in the boutique
- Polished, warm and confident communicator
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, punctual and team-oriented
Compensation
- $14–$20/hour based on experience
- 4% commission

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
