Qualifications:
- COTA certificate active in Wisconsin
- A graduate of an approved education course for occupational therapy assistants
- Proficient administrative and communication within department and facility and company
- Display working knowledge of multidisciplinary practice scopes in the Outpatient, ALF, ILF or LTC setting
