Our MVW tours are the strongest in the industry, our Owner Line solely concentrates on current Owners of our MVW/VSE product that regularly travel and love Hilton Head Island. We exclusively cater towards owners and high end Marriott Bonvoy Travelers and Guests paying full rack rate to stay at our luxurious resorts.
Our Marriott Bonvoy system is one of our strengths, with recent integration of our Vistana Signature Experiences and our Marriott Vacation resorts have now built the strongest 90+ portfolio of owned and managed resorts in the US, Mexico, Caribbean. And our exclusive access to 8000+ Bonvoy hotels have create a 93% customer satisfaction survey scores from our owners. Our hotel affiliation is one of our strongest selling points of our brand.
Schedule: With high volume of tourists on weekends, work schedule will include weekends/holidays (full-time only - 2 consecutive days off)
Compensation: MVW provides a training wage for the first 3 months of W2 employment with progression to 100% production following. Our Top Producers are easily in the Millions+ range for net Sales Volume.
Our use of TO’s will not affect your bonus’ and our monthly bonus’ have reasonable tier’s to hit. We want you to hit your bonus.
