Job Summary
Bronco Kelly’s is seeking energetic, skilled, and dependable Bartenders/Servers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is fast, friendly, professional, and thrives in a busy, high-energy bar environment. If you love great cocktails, live music, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is the place for you.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain a valid OLCC Alcohol Server Permit and Food Handler’s Card
- Arrive consistently on time and prepared for scheduled shifts
- Set up bar section and ensure readiness by shift start
- Accurately enter all food and beverage orders into Toast POS with minimal errors
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, credit card transactions, and accounting
- Perform basic math and handle transactions confidently
- Provide friendly, professional, and positive interactions with guests, coworkers, and managers
- Ensure every guest is taken care of from entry to exit
- Follow management direction for side work, cleaning, and additional tasks
- Follow state liquor laws, OLCC rules, and company alcohol policies
- Use a jigger and follow all drink recipes to maintain consistent quality
- Maintain thorough knowledge of bar opening and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Prior bartending and serving experience preferred (craft cocktails or high volume a plus)
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks associated with bar work
