Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for Del Mesa Carmel residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and receptionist duties to support the daily operations of the Association. The Front Desk Receptionist also coordinates guest unit reservations, maintenance requests, resident services, and emergency response in accordance with Association policies and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Greets residents, guests, vendors, and visitors; determines the purpose of each visit and directs or escorts individuals to the appropriate person or location.
· Answers, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls; takes messages and responds to routine inquiries.
· Performs general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, recordkeeping, copying, faxing, and laminating.
· Enters maintenance work orders into Jonas and communicates requests to the appropriate department.
· Coordinates guest unit reservations, including entering reservations into Jonas, preparing confirmations, processing cancellations, checking guests in and out, and processing payments.
· Monitors and responds to the Association's general email inbox and forwards inquiries to the appropriate department.
· Receives, sorts, and organizes resident package deliveries; notifies residents via text message and email when packages are available for pickup.
· Assists with meeting room reservations and maintains reservation calendars.
· Assists with resident morning check-in services and coordinates welfare checks in accordance with established procedures.
· Responds appropriately to emergency situations by following Association procedures and notifying the appropriate personnel.
· Serves as a point of contact for security personnel regarding resident and visitor access.
· Assists residents with routine office services, including mail requests, copying, faxing, and general information.
· Maintains a professional appearance and keeps the front desk, lobby, and mailroom clean and organized.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn Association software, including Jonas.
· Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information professionally.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, and reach.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Schedule:
· Regular work schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM (14 hours per week).
· Additional hours may be available during the week to provide coverage for employee absences, as well as on holidays.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
