Our well-established food manufacturing client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced Project Engineer for this IMMEDIATE DIRECT HIRE CAREER OPPORTUNITY!
SALARY: $60,000 to $94,000 per year DOE

LOCATION: This position is located within Stanislaus County (Modesto, Oakdale, Riverbank, Turlock etc.)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead project teams to deliver capital investment projects.
- Follow structured guidelines, company policies.
- Lead projects simultaneously within the facility.
- Collaborate with multiple levels of plant leadership to lead projects as well as interaction with equipment vendors, construction contractors, engineering services contractors, local / state / federal government agencies, and co-manufacturing organizations.
- Requires understanding of a food manufacturing environment, a technical knowledge of processes and equipment and basic Project Management skills that can be applied to developing and leading low complexity projects.
- Manage design teams for multiple projects to include project values from $100M to $2MM or bigger depending on the complexity.
- Complete assigned projects by using structured engineering work flow process.
- Ensure that all project planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts are managed and that all projects are delivered within cost, schedule and performance success criteria.
- Requires travel approximately 10% of the time to other company locations, vendors and suppliers to complete projects.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- BS in Engineering - OR - 5+ years of Maintenance Experience leading Capital Projects
- 2+ years of Capital Project Experience
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment
