Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join Narbona Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in a Food restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of performance, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Manage a diverse team of staff members, including the Assistant Manager, to ensure excellent customer service and staff training.
- Conduct regular interviews to recruit and hire new team members, as needed.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Ensure that all food safety and handling regulations are met, and that the restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system and Aloha POS system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager
- Excellent leadership and staff training skills.
- Strong interviewing skills to recruit and hire top talent.
- Experience in a Quick Service/Fast Food restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with POS systems, including POS.
- Experience working in a hotel or coffee shop environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
