Job Overview
Liberty Christian Academy is seeking a full-time elementary teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will teach a self-contained elementary classroom and provide instruction in core subjects including reading, writing, and mathematics.
Liberty Christian Academy is a classical Christian school that partners with families to cultivate students of wisdom and virtue through an education grounded in Scripture. Our classrooms are structured, calm, and relational, and teachers are encouraged to know their students well and support both their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, history, and science
- Integrate Scripture and Christian worldview throughout instruction
- Establish a structured and orderly classroom environment
- Teach students habits of attention, responsibility, and respectful conduct
- Assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents
- Maintain lesson plans and student records
- Participate in faculty meetings and school events
- Support the mission and culture of Liberty Christian Academy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Education preferred)
- Classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong reading and writing instruction skills
- Ability to maintain a structured and attentive classroom
- Commitment to Christian education
- Agreement with the school's statement of faith
- Willingness to grow in classical teaching methods

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
