```Duties```
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Enter orders accurately into the Aloha POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process customer payments using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food safety standards are followed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a server or food service role is preferred
- Strong sales and upselling skills to maximize revenue
- Proficient in using Toast
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
