Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience within a school environment preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt approaches for each student
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates as required
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student growth
