Video Production Specialist
We’re looking for a creative, self-driven video professional to join our team! If you’re passionate about storytelling through video and want hands-on experience in all areas of production, this is the role for you. You’ll help bring ideas to life for clients in Rexburg and across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Create content tailored for different media platforms
- Plan, prepare, assist with filming on location and in office
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos
- Collaborate with our team and clients to bring creative visions to life
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of video production experience
- Video portfolio submission (1–3 minutes)
- Strong understanding of cinematography basics:
- Camera settings, framing, and lighting
- Audio capture and mixing
- Editing principles & storytelling fundamentals
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to deliver high-quality work on schedule
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Motion graphics and dynamic title creation (masks, keyframes, etc.)
- Canon camera experience
- Gimbal operation
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of different social media platforms and best practices for video content
- Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to keep learning
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
- In-person role, based in Rexburg
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
