Position Overview:
The Painter candidate will have extensive experience in residential remodeling painting and drywall work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient results. This role requires a professional communicator who can maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prep and paint interior and exterior surfaces — walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, you name it.
- Fix up sheetrock and drywall with repairs and texturing.
- Handle all kinds of painting jobs with brushes, rollers, and spray tools.
- Work on remodeling projects in people’s homes, making sure everything looks great and lasts.
- Use your own truck to bring tools and materials to the job sites.
- Keep your tools in good shape and work safely.
- Communicate clearly with the team and homeowners — keeping things professional but friendly.
- Stay organized and pay close attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience with painting inside and outside homes.
- Experienced at drywall, sheetrock repair, and adding texture.
- Experience painting cabinets
- Have your own truck and tools.
- Care about doing a great job quickly and carefully.
- Can communicate well and keep things professional.
- Dependable and show up on time.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, and move around job sites for extended periods.
- Climb stairs or ladders to inspect work on multi-level homes
- Occasionally lift and carry materials or equipment (typically up to 25–50 lbs).
- Ability to drive for long periods of time

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
