Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:
- D1, S1, D2, or S2 CT HVAC License required
- Experience with Commercial HVAC Service & Install on Hydronic Systems, A/C, VRF Systems, RTUs, Etc required
- Commercial Refrigeration experience is a plus

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and performing preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, and control system issues; completing repairs, equipment replacements, and preventative maintenance
- The role also includes working with HVAC electrical components, including controls, wiring, and diagnostics on refrigeration systems in restaurants
- Work consists of 70% service and 30% installation, primarily on hydronic systems, commercial air conditioning, VRF systems, rooftop units (RTUs), boilers, pumps, air handling units, commercial piping, and limited refrigeration equipment at commercial and industrial facilities
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
