Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our skilled team. Duties
- Provide comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
- Perform a wide range of procedures
- Utilize dental terminology accurately while explaining diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
- Operate and maintain dental equipment using aseptic techniques to ensure infection control and patient safety.
- Collaborate with specialists for ortho, endodontics and periodontics for the best patient outcome
- Document medical and dental records meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws.
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized patient care plans and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Use dental imaging technology effectively for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of healthcare diagnosis, medical terminology, and current clinical best practices to provide high-quality patient care.
Experience
- Massachusetts Dental License is required.
- Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on patient assessment and diagnosis.
- Familiarity with dental software (Denticon)
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization procedures aligned with healthcare standards.
- Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge relevant to dental procedures and medical imaging interpretation.
- Prior experience working within a dental clinic or healthcare setting demonstrating excellent client communication skills.
- Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently and efficiently.
