**Responsibilities:**
* **Oversee Daily Operations:** Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing team, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and that all departmental policies and procedures are followed.
* **Lead by Example:** Demonstrate excellent clinical and communication skills, and serve as a role model for our nursing staff.
* **Mentor and Develop Staff:** Provide guidance, support, and feedback to our nursing team, and participate in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
* **Collaborate with Healthcare Team:** Work closely with other members of our healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other support staff, to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

**Requirements:**
* **Current RN License:** A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin is required.
