In this role, you will provide expert care in the field of Otolaryngology, addressing a wide range of conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare providers.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with ENT conditions

Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

Perform surgical procedures as needed, adhering to best practices

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Stay updated on advancements in Otolaryngology and healthcare trends

Provide patient education regarding diagnoses and treatment options

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Active medical license in the state of Ohio

Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology

Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience in a similar role or specialty preferred

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour clinic shifts
Clinic, OR, and call shifts are available
Level I Trauma facility
Patient Census: 36-40 per day
All pediatric ENT procedures are required, including airways
Support Staff: 3 APPs
EMR: Epic
Pediatric fellowship is strongly preferred
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
