About the Job:
As a Crew Team Member at Randy’s Lawn Care, you play a vital role in delivering top-quality lawn maintenance and snow removal services to our clients. Your responsibility is to work under the direction of your Crew Leader to ensure every property is serviced with precision, pride, and professionalism. We count on you to be dependable, coachable, and committed to upholding our high standards. Your performance directly impacts the reputation of our company and your future opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns
- Clean up leaves and debris
- Maintain and care for equipment
- Assist with snow plowing and salt application in winter
- Keep trucks and trailers clean
- Follow directions from your Crew Leader and work as part of a team
What We Expect:
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Experience preferred
