SASSI is seeking a Project Control Specialist IV (PCS-IV) to support program execution, performance tracking, and schedule management across complex projects. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with experience in acquisition programs and/or Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly engaged, with strong communication skills and the ability to interface across technical teams, leadership, and clients.

Track and manage project processes, controls, and performance metrics across program activities

Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and related project timelines

Assess risks and analyze the impact of missed or inadequate deliverables on cost, schedule, and performance

Prepare and present programmatic reports, briefings, and analysis findings to leadership and stakeholders

Support development of technical reports, memoranda, and program documentation

Ensure alignment with technical baselines, quality standards, and contract requirements

Collaborate with task leads, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to drive execution

Monitor and support cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned projects

Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission

Provide program control and administrative support to program and project managers

Perform special projects and ad hoc analysis as required

Active Security Clearance

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 14+ years of general work experience, OR

Master’s degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of general work experience

Experience supporting federal acquisition programs

Hands-on experience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)

Strong understanding of project control principles (cost, schedule, performance)
