Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to deliver precision machining solutions by operating CNC mills and/or lathes machines and ensuring high-quality one-off and prototype parts in a job shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations.
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Read blueprints and part sheets to determine proper approach to creating precision parts.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
