Job Title: Hotel Laundry Attendant
Job Summary:
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a steady supply of clean linens and assisting the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms meet brand standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and towels
- Stand for extended periods while operating laundry equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Assist housekeepers with linen restocking on carts and storage areas
- Strip linens from checked-out rooms
- Report damaged or worn linens and equipment issues
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping or laundry experience required
- Must be able to lift at least 10lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
