[RESPONSIBILITY]
- Teach Korean language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Teach Korean culture, history, traditions, and contemporary society.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials appropriate to students’ levels.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
- Maintain attendance and other class-related records.
- Participate in faculty meetings and other school activities as assigned.
- Perform other instructional duties as assigned by the College.
[QUALIFICATION]
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Korean, Korean Language Education, Korean Studies, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in teaching Korean language and/or culture preferred, but not required.
- Native or fluent Korean language proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds is preferred.
