As a Pricebook Specialist, you will work with our consulting team to build, organize, and optimize ServiceTitan pricebooks for home service companies.
This role requires strong attention to detail, deep ServiceTitan knowledge, and the ability to structure complex pricing systems.
Build and organize ServiceTitan Pricebooks for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service industries
Structure categories, services, materials, and equipment in scalable formats
Create technician-friendly services that improve usability in the field
Audit existing client pricebooks and identify opportunities for improvement
Implement pricing strategies and best practices
Maintain consistency across multi-location and enterprise ServiceTitan tenants
Support consultants by preparing structured pricebook builds for client implementations
Document workflows and maintain clean system standards
You will play a key role in ensuring that clients have organized, accurate, and scalable pricebooks that support their business growth.
We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, structured, and passionate about building systems the right way.
Strong experience working in ServiceTitan
Experience building or managing ServiceTitan Pricebooks
Understanding of home service industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Clear written and verbal communication
ServiceTitan Certified Administrator
Experience with configurable materials and equipment builds
Experience with multi-tenant ServiceTitan environments
Background working in a home service company
Excel / data organization experience
